Some thoughts about grief ....

Home

Grief and with it ... LOSS ... can visit anytime.
It can make a bit of a mess of your life ...
you can accept it and plan your recovery.

You might cry alot,
have a burst of depression,
and find it hard to sleep.
but don't put yourself down,
rather accept it and seek help
from a friend or counsellor
if needed.

Following the bad days, there will be good days again.
Hold onto the good memories, they are precious!
