Relationships   Travelling together

How you squeeze the toothpaste tube - the real test !

Consider this checklist

Discuss the consequences of travelling together, before leaving.

If it's a new relationship, start with short times away
so there is an 'escape' in a few days if it all goes 'pear shape'.

Share time and listen to the experiences of other couples
that have 'been there, done that'.

Lost passports, cameras, phones, tickets & wallets - no joke stuff.

Avoid too tight time constraints for looking, linking & relaxing.

Have plans if you get separated, sick or there are problems at home.

Share a silence breaker ... a word, a look or a favourite icecream.

If going back over favourite places,
take care if bringing partners, other couples, kids or a closed mind ... life moves on ... dreams and recollections can change.

The P&O Cruise Australia hints for travelling (inc in groups)

How to escape an undesirable travel mate,
by the silent exit,
arranging to catch up later,
making a big change in plans, or
the face-to-face, cold light of day, go-separate-ways meeting.
