to an event ...
but give a bit of
warning.

is usually an acceptable
time period.
Certain relatives
are worth inviting
if only for their
favourites ...

are those coming

Deciding on what sort of event
will also impact on

and what sort of event it will be ...
and this can also change
if a meal .. breakfast, lunch or dinner
all can have different parameters.
