A lot of people do understand, but ... yes, some are still to get the word! |
Do you dread waking up ... to another
day of pain? Do you feel defeated, abandoned, and have no hope? Do you feel like no one understands what you are going through? |
| Try to be open and sincere The strength you need maybe as close as the next person you talk to! |
Hope for the best, plan for the worst. Good things will happen if you expect them! You don't need to do it alone - ask for help. Use all your resources, families, friends & health professionals. If you believe they can help you ... then it's worth asking. |
| Be always positive in your living strategies Remember the old Chinese proverb about the journey of many miles starts with the first step. |
Take one day at a time. Don't look to far ahead; as that can cause you to feel hopeless. You need to accept what is happening to you. Also you will need to talk about what is happening to you. |
And do not forget the night is darkest and coldest just before a new bright & warm dawn |
It's important to walk through emotions |
