Integrity and what it means

Some home truths

Applies to your
involvement with
partners, supervisors
& your staff.
Integrity means honesty ... and more!

Honesty is telling the truth ... and living the words
by keeping promises and fulfilling expectations.

The integrity test:
be loyal to those who are not present, so building trust.

Failure would be to sweet talk to your face
& bad mouth behind your back

The challenge
of confrontation

Confrontation does take considerable courage
and many would prefer to take the course of least resistance
such as belittling and betraying confidences
or participating in gossip about others
who are not around.

But in the long run
people will trust and respect you if you are
honest, open, and kind with them.
It shows you care enough to confront.
