Goodbye and Hi

Family   Goodbye and Hi

kids

It is always hard to say Goodbye ....
.... and just fantastic to say Hi.

Some ..Goodbye tips
Have a special quiet
goodbye
dinner together,
maybe at home
or at a favouite restaurant ....

....  and use this time together to ....

Touch each other in a way special to you both,
Forgive each other and move on, and
Tell each other what you really feel ...

and whether it's an hour, a week or longer
that you might be apart,
don't forget that this might be
your last goodbye ...
so make it special, EVERYTIME!

Some ..Hi tips Maybe start
with an inspirational email .... here's one below ....
so you feel better within yourself,
so you can be more honest when you say 'Hi' again!

Actually, it can be similar to saying goodbye,
organise that special meal ...

after 4 weeks on a production oil camp,
I just loved baked beans on toast
with a hot and steamy slow mug of tea ....
simple, but a welcomed change!

And don't forget the favourites ...

Touch each other in a way special to you both,
Forgive each other and move on, and
Tell each other what you really feel ...

Some Hi's can be fantastic; others may not be so good.
Don't be put off if all the family is around, it can make things
refreshingly different ... and there's always afterwards!

If these Goodbye and Hi times are difficult,
strive to keep the communication going.

on't expect too much from your partner;
hopefully, after a short time things will be good again!

While families are apart
you can think on being together again,
by having some fun activities planned;
e.g. picnic, BBQ, going to the beach etc.

Our emotions play havoc with us,
we dread the goodbye and anticipate the hi.

And remember the special little things
like nice smeling candles,
playing an easy listening favourite CD playing.
