| Online (and correspondence) learning
courses are easy to access, flexible, come with support materials and can be completed at your own pace . You can still work and do online learning at the same time. Some employers encourage their workforce to access their internal online training systems, usually at no cost. |

at home, maybe with children, you can have the opportunity to further your career, or learn something totally new. Maybe you want to expand your skills to get a better job, without changing your employer . Employers are also interested in their staff considering online (e-learning) as it is a way where productivity, safety and a happier workforce can be the outcomes. |

Organisations like Seek Learning: have information on a wide range of formal courses, that can be customised to suit you, and are offered through a number of different organisations, from private trainers, to universities and TAFE's.
