Here are 4 simple steps
to help kids find Mum or Dad if they get lost.
The same 4 steps apply
in the bush or the supermarket.

4 simple steps to teach your kids	1. Be Safe		Go somewhere where he will be safe, like shelter under a tree, or at the end of an aisle away from trollies etc
Before they get lost
	2. Be Seen		Get her to stand on something high, at the end of an aisle or in an open space, maybe near a fence or gate, so she will be seen.

	3. Stay Still		Get him to save energy and not wander around, wasting energy and making it harder for searchers

	4. Say name		If she calls out "MUMMY" the "whole shop" will hear the call but it will not help much. If she calls out her name "I am Jamie", it helps ALL!.

Other useful stuff ....

	For the big shows and similar events, name tags might be helpful. (Click below) An alternative is to buy a cheap USB Flash Stick with a round-the-neck strap. Add rich text format or doc files with contact phone numbers, the wearer's name and maybe a picture for cross reference.
